Destroy any water source, including fountains, fire hydrants, and toilets. Stand in the water and hold the button configured as Action to slowly restore energy. Alternately, stand in front of a toilet or urinal and press Action Super kick: Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Square during game play.
