Go to New Quack City go to the place were Viggo's Head Quarters is you will have to get past a security gaurd in the computer room you will see a computer that has a different picture on it shoot the computer until it explodes that will unlock the cheat when you unlock the cheat go to the main menu select cheats Time-Sliced Camera Mode will be on the cheats change it to on and go back to the game and press start on your controller press it again and it will pause the game.
